Deposit Series applies fixed rates to the second, third and fourth qualifying payments. The rate follows the position in the sequence, not the size of the payment.
The welcome stage must be resolved first
The source requires completion of the welcome bonus before this series becomes available. Payments made during unresolved welcome wagering do not automatically create eligible later stages.

Each stage has an independent clock
